Recently, I was contacted via email to try out and review LQ Liquid Health Skin, Hair and Nails Supplements. I'm usually quite sceptical about trying out health supplements and I usually don't review them because I have my go to supplements I usually purchase, but I decided to give this a try. I've seen them being stocked at Boots, so that's how I know it is a legit supplement and besides i've heard some good reviews about it.
The product came in a box of 10 small bottles of liquid supplements. Each bottle contains 7000mg Marine Collagen, Hyaluronic acid, Resveratrol, Biotin (Vit B7), Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Selenium and Silicon. These vitamins and minerals help to support, build, protect and maintain healthy hair, skin and nails.
This was the very first time I had ever tried a liquid hair, skin and nails supplement, so I was quite inquisitive to know how well it would improve my health in those areas. First of, lets talk about the taste. I found the taste quite alright. It was ok and subtle, not an overbearing taste that is hard to swallow, I found it ok to take in. It was also easy to pop the bottle open and drink.
Results:
I'm sure this is the part you would be most interested in. I would be too if I were you. Results are the main reason why we take supplements isn't it. I noticed an improvement in my hair. My hair hasn't shed a lot as it usually does. it seems like the strands have had a burst of nutrients to strengthen them, therefore they seem fuller and longer. My skin feels smooth and my nails are longer and stronger. These have been the benefits I've experienced from taking the supplements.
